The W463 generation was revealed for the first time in autumn 1989 during the Frankfurt Motor Show. It was produced from 1990 up until 2018. The W463 generation introduced a lot of changes to the car, especially in the interior, which became more luxurious. There were also major changes in the technical components of the car. Contrary to its predecessors (W460/W461), the W463 was equipped in four wheel-drive with locked differential. One could have chosen either short or long or extended wheelbase. Additionally, short wheelbase could have been convertible. The car was also equipped with the automatic transmission, more powerful new-generation engine, heated leather seats, air condition, and sunroof. Since then, the G-Wagon changed its position in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio and became a truly legendary SUV.
The example presented by Legends is a G 500 in the long wheelbase. The car is accident free and comes from the Japanese market. The car only had one owner in Poland.
The car is sold under the VAT margin invoice.
