Mercedes-Benz G 500 (W463)

This year marks the 45th anniversary of the G-Wagon introduction and over 30 years of the V8, M113 engine.

The W463 is the second generation of the G-Class, produced from 1990 up untill 2018. The second generation was revaled for the first time in autumn, 1989, during the Frankfurt Motor Show. The W463 generation introduced a lot of changest to the car, especially in the interior, that became more luxurious. The car is equipped with the automatic transmission, more powerfull, new-generation engines, leather, heated seats, air condition and skyroof. One could have choosen the short or long body in covertible or closed form. Since then, the G-Wagon changed it's position in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio, and became a retro SUV. There were also changes in the technical components of the car. Contrary to it's predecessors (W460/W461), the W463 was equipped in four wheel-drive with locked differential.

The example presented by Legends is a G 500 in the long body type. The car is accident free and comes from the Japanese market. The car only had one owner in Poland.
