II. Purposes and legal bases for collection and processing of personal data

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. performance of the contract or taking actions necessary to conclude a contract, e.g. telephone or e-mail contact to send an offer, set a deadline for the performance of the service, cancel or change the date of performance of the service (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);

  2. marketing of products and services offered by PDC, including sending commercial communications by electronic means or making telephone calls for marketing purposes - respectively in connection with Article 10(2) of the Act on Electronic Service Provision of 18 July 2002 or Article 172(1) of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004, subject to separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

  3. pursuit of legitimate interests of PDC, such as managing civil, enforcement, administrative, criminal proceedings and internal business processes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

  4. fulfilment of legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

 

III. Data retention periods

Your personal data will be processed:

  1. in the cases referred to in item III points a, c and d - until the statute of limitations on claims has expired;

  2. in case of activities covered by a declaration of consent, until revoked.

  1. The Personal Data Controller will not make data available or transfer data to a third country/international organisation.

  2. Your data is not subject to profiling.

  3. You have the right to access the your personal data and the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

  4. If you find that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

  5. Your data will be shared with entities cooperating with the Personal Data Controller within the group of companies managed by Duda Holding with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Królewska 16.

  6. Provision of personal data is voluntary.
