R129 - the fourth generation of a unique line of sports cars. Modern, elegant, dynamic and at the same time clearly inspired by the tradition of the SL Mercedes-Benz family, this car was one of the brightest stars at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1989. The top and most successful model was the 500 SL/SL 500 with the four-valve M 119 V8 engine. The top speed of this vehicle, which when debuted was the most powerful Mercedes-Benz passenger car available, was limited to 250 km/h. The 5-litre 500 SL with 240 kW / 326 hp engine is currently a desirable young classic with a star on the hood - both in its AMG version and in a classic configuration. 

The car presented by Legends is the SL 500 imported from Japan and equipped with the AMG styling package. Its character is defined by a spoiler on the rear hatch, front and rear bumpers, sills and three-piece bolted AMG wheels. The elegant triple-black configuration, i.e. black paint, leather, black interior and black soft roof will attract many eyes. The well-preserved wooden trim and the dashboard in the cabin invite the driver to feel comfortable inside. The car is in good technical condition has a factory protective layer on the chassis and a well-kept paint coating, which proves its collector's past.
